COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECTS Highwood's Great Pumpkin Festival needs volunteers! Everything from pumpkin carvers to bartenders are needed for THIS WEEKEND. Please contact Scott Coren at scoren@cityofhighwood.org Support by the community by volunteering at the Highwood Mobile Food Pantry Volunteers are needed to pack food boxes and then distribute them to people in need. This is an outdoor volunteer project although masks are strongly encouraged. Friday, October 22, 2021 Fort Sheridan Metra Station, 508 E. Old Elm Road, Highwood 2:00 PM – 5:30 PM Pajama Drive for area Foster Children! New pajamas, socks and mittens are needed to give area foster children warmer and happier holidays! From newborn to teenager and all sizes in between! Collection day will be Wednesday November 10th - bring your new clothing to the meeting that day!!!!
