The Day's Program

This week, we met Roger Breisch who for the last 20 years (4,000 hours) has been a lifeline to those calling the National Suicide Line. He shared stories of teens and adults calling in feeling no sense of self worth. He demonstrated how asking the right question helped the callers reevaluate their lives. He shared exercises to help people recognize their attributes.
