Announcements

On March 19th, President Paul Clements led us in the Pledge of Allegiance and the Four Way Test. We welcomed ADG Don Gwinn.

Carol Lazarus' mother died last week. You can send cards to Phil and Carol at; 1633 Second Street #204, Highland Park.

Len Tenner was happy to be back, but he and Bobbie didn't miss the cold weather. He also was sad to learn of the death of Phil Lazarus' mother-in-law.

The Day's Program

This week, Mary Beth shared with us her role as President of the Illinois State Poetry Society, their student and adult contests and programs they provide for their 188 members. One program she is excited about is the Q & A panel regarding publishing your poems take place next week. That will be followed up with other Zoom meetings with poetry publishers.
