Today our Club Secretary Neil Dahlmann presented the bylaw change to the directors and officers will serve one year term that are up for re-elect every year. Discussion followed with the number of unfilled board positions. All those present and the proxies were a unanimous vote. The next discussion was regarding the frequency of meetings. Should we go to two monthly meetings - one lunch time with a speaker and one social meeting. This was not a favorable idea to the majority of the members in attendance. It would make it more difficult to bring new people into the Club. One idea was that every member was responsible for a speaker. While those present filled out a survey about meetings, an email is being sent out to those who couldn't be at the meeting.
